A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words
On each of these pages are pictures of the end result of many months of planning our wedding and the various wedding related festivities. Many of our ideas were inspired by the photos from other websites of other brides. It's now my turn to provide some inspiration to other brides to be. While I certainly have lots of advice to offer, and in hindsight, there is very little I would do differently, there are two things I can't stress enough.
***Plan the wedding YOU want. There is no way you'll be able to please everyone and if you try, you'll wind up with a wedding no one is happy with. If you at least do what you want, while most people will find something to complain about, you'll at least be happy, and in the end, that's all that matters.
***Don't drive yourself crazy looking for 'unique' ideas. Almost every idea we had we found someone else thought of first. In the end, we discovered that while no one item was unique (other than our favor boxes, but I don't doubt someone else somewhere did something similar), no other wedding had ALL of our items/ideas, and the wedding, as a whole, was unique. The whole is greater than the sum of its' parts.
